This piece resurrects the same feelings I had whenever I was planning a new “version” of myself- a new avatar, if you will- new haircut, new attitude, new “social experiment” (how my conscious thoughts going into the design of myself might affect those around me, what it would). It doesn’t remind me so much of the avatar itself- it feels more like the PLANNING process. A rainy day with sudden sunshine, spur of the moment decision to take a walk smelling wet concrete grab a coffee one neighborhood over, practicing projecting some of those attributes at those I pass by, interact with- looking for positive signs that I’m on the right track.
